Pinot Gris 2009
This sweet wine is produced from grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea). Highly concentrated and complex. On the nose, notes of quince, candied fruit and honey; on the palate, very full-bodied with wonderful balance and a tremendously long finish. Excellent cellaring potential. May be drunk on its own, with foie gras or with Epoisses cheese.
